Ordered for same day delivery on July 14, received a text that they were closed and could deliver on July 15. Received an email on July 15 saying delivery would not take place until July 16. Sent a text back to the number that reached out to me on Monday, no reply. Tried calling the number in the email, left a voicemail. Replied to the email. Update: My order was delivered the following Monday. I received a refund and upgraded arrangement.
