I needed a special floral arrangement for one of our best clients and searched several websites in the area before I came across Chelsea Floral Designs. I immediately fell in love with the unique floral arrangements that were a step out of the box--EXACTLY what I was looking for!
They hand deliver the floral arrangement to an address I had given them (unfortunately the client had moved to another address:( ) --Chelsea Floral Designs saved me and were kind enough to re-deliver it to the proper address!

The arrangement actually exceeded my expectations. The flowers were beautiful. My sister was not at home when the flowers were delivered so the driver called her to let her know as he was hesitant to leave them in the Atlanta heat. This extra care was very much appreciated.

Initially The flowers were never delivered, though I received an email confirmation they were. I called my friend to see how she liked her special birthday flowers, only to learn they had not arrived.

However, once the team at Chelsea realized their mistake, they were relentless on not only refunding me for the flowers, but also sent an arrangement to my friend along with their sincere apology for making a mistake.

Life happens and sometimes providers miss the mark. But, the CEO reached out to me and did not rest until he fixed it.

For this I will always be a loyal customer.
